Visitors to YachtWorld.com frequently tell us how frustrating it is to enquire about boats that are no longer for sale. In addition, we know that the length of time a boat is displayed on YachtWorld directly relates to the amount of connections it generates for you. To help you keep your data fresh and relevant, BoatWizard will now automatically inactivate any listing you have not edited for a period of 5 months. We will alert you by email of listings that are about to expire, and there are new filters in BoatWizard to support this. Here is how it works:
Boats about to expire
Every two weeks, we will email you with a list of the boats that have not been edited for 5 months. New filters in BoatWizard will also show you which listings are affected. If you edit/save any listings that are about to expire, they will be live again for a further 5 months
Expired listings
Two weeks after the initial alerts are sent, we will inactivate any boat that has not been edited/saved. You can search for expired boats using the new filters that are now available in BoatWizard, and make them live at any time for a further period of 5 months
Not sure?
