With most brokers reporting healthy sales over the past 6 months, listings are in short supply. Here are two ways you can still continue to trade, using the data available to you in BoatWizard for free.

Co-brokerage listings:
The BoatWizard MLS contains boats listed by other brokers, that they wish to share with you. Click MLS at the top of the screen, choose a boat, and then simply create a broker-friendly specification for printing/emailing using the options on the screen. Call the listing broker to register your client, to ensure you get a share of the available commission. Today, the MLS has almost 10,000 CA listings in Europe & the Med that are available for co-brokerage, of which:

• 270 are boats that have been added in the past week
• 304 are boats where the vendor has reduced his price in the past week

Direct listings:
Every day, private vendors ask us to put their boats in YachtWorld. As our site is only for brokers/dealers to advertise their boats, we put this private information in BoatWizard for you to harvest. Click on FSBO Leads, to see contact details of private vendors seeking assistance from you. Boats only stay on here for 30 days, so we suggest you check it once a week and get calling!
