The Boats Group servers has had its IP address changed by Amazon, without notice, which means the IP address customers use directly for their website hosted by Boats Group is no longer valid.  Our technical infrastructure team is preparing the IP and detail will be provided in a one-sheet instruction overview for our customers who have been affected.

For customers in which we have access to domains, the Boats Group will make the change.

A reply to this notification will follow direct from our dedicated Account Management team with the supporting documentation.
