Supporting you through Coronavirus

I wanted to personally connect with you about the actions Boats Group is taking to help you, our industry partners, to ensure the health and safety of everyone while supporting your business. These are unique and challenging times, so we want to be of as much assistance and support as we can. 

Businesses like yours are vital economic engines in local communities and regions across the world, and Boats Group wants to help your business be more resilient to coronavirus-related economic disruptions. Therefore, we have made the following decisions to give you peace of mind about your account:

Deferral of 2020 membership rate 
You received communication on February 20, 2020 about your new membership rate, which was to take effect on April 1, 2020. This new rate will be deferred until June 1, 2020, so you will see a credit on your account in April and May 2020 for the difference. 

Grounded field sales consultants
As a precautionary measure, we have restricted all non-essential travel and will be hosting virtual meetings as necessary. During this time, your sales consultant will also be available via email and phone. 
 
Implementation of remote operations 
Boats Group is well-positioned to support customers and conduct business remotely. Given our global footprint, we have coverage enabled to ensure no disruptions in service for our industry partners.
